FreshPe Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your FreshPe account and associated personal data using this page. We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, generally within 7 business days.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your FreshPe account and associated data, please submit the account deletion request form. Use the same phone number or email address that you used in the FreshPe app.

- Full name
- Phone number or email used in FreshPe
- User ID, if known
- Reason for deletion, optional
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account/data
What Data May Be Deleted
After successful verification, FreshPe may delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- Profile information
- Saved addresses
- Phone number or email linked to account
- Account-related personal information
- Other data not required for legal, security, tax, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes
Important Note
Some information may be retained where required by law, tax rules, accounting requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, order history, refund processing, or safety/security purposes.
If you have an active order, refund, complaint, payment issue, or dispute, deletion may be delayed until the matter is resolved.
