1. Product Prices
Product prices are displayed on the FreshPe website and mobile app. Prices may vary based on product availability, supplier pricing, market conditions, discounts or offers.
2. Final Payable Amount
The final payable amount is shown on the cart and checkout page before the customer places an order. Customers can review item subtotal, delivery charges, handling fees, discounts and total amount before confirming the order.
3. Delivery Fee
Delivery fee may apply depending on location, order value, delivery distance or promotional offers. If delivery fee is waived, it will be shown as free at checkout.
4. Handling Fee
Handling fee may be charged for order processing, packing and handling. If handling fee is waived as part of an offer, it will be shown as free at checkout.
5. Taxes and Charges
Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown as per product and billing requirements. FreshPe aims to keep pricing clear and transparent for customers.
6. Offers and Discounts
FreshPe may provide offers, discounts, free delivery or free handling fee from time to time. Offers may change or end without prior notice.
