Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery information for FreshPe grocery and daily essentials orders.

1. Delivery Areas

FreshPe delivers only in selected serviceable areas. Customers can check serviceability by selecting their delivery location on the website or mobile app.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time shown on FreshPe is an estimate. Actual delivery time may vary due to product availability, traffic, weather, rider availability, address accuracy and operational conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges, handling charges or free delivery offers, if applicable, are shown before order placement. The final payable amount is displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Confirmation

FreshPe may use order status updates, delivery OTP or customer confirmation to verify delivery. Customers should share the delivery OTP only after receiving the order.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct address details, phone number and location pin. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

6. Delayed Delivery

FreshPe will try to deliver orders as quickly as possible. In case of delay, customers may contact support for assistance.
