1. About FreshPe
FreshPe is an online grocery and quick commerce platform operated under FreshPe Technologies. FreshPe enables customers to order groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, packaged foods, household essentials, personal care products and other daily need items through our website and mobile application.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on FreshPe are subject to product availability, delivery serviceability and order confirmation. FreshPe may accept, reject, modify or cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, address is outside serviceable area, or payment verification fails.
3. Pricing and Payments
Product prices are shown on the product listing, cart and checkout pages before order placement. Customers may pay using available payment methods such as Cash on Delivery or approved online payment methods when enabled.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available only in serviceable areas. Delivery time shown on the website or app is an estimate and may vary due to weather, traffic, availability or operational reasons.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are handled as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
